Class Description

Spartan SGX is a workout program to help clients train for an obstacle race – whether you’re a beginner preparing for your first race or a competitive athlete who wants to achieve peak performance. The benefits of the program also benefit those just looking to increase their fitness level as well as incorporating some of the Spartan lifestyle changes in their lives.



Get sweaty with your best friend or make a new workout buddy in a group training session. With a team environment to motivate you through that last rep, your results are waiting just around the corner. I will keep you challenged and engaged with expert attention on your road to success. There are tons of fun small group training programs that can be customized to your level and goals.

Coach Bio

Allen is an accomplished Spartan Racer with a Spartan SGX level 1 and Spartan Obstacle Specialist certifications from Spartan Race. He is currently pursuing his level 2 SGX certification. He has been involved with coaching at the Spartan Workout Tour events, Spartan Race Open House, and working the festival area at local races. He currently guest coaches at various local gyms in the tristate area. His athletic background comes from playing soccer for 12 years as well as coaching travel soccer for 6 years.

My mission as a fitness professional is to reach a target communities to make classes fun, educational, productive and effective for participants. To help each of my clients reach his or her personal peak in fitness. To provide individualized, safe, high-intensity workouts which allow clients to achieve maximum results.
