Step 1 - Free No Sweat Intro Class - 30 Minute Session

  • Monday-Friday @ 10:15am or Monday-Thursday @ 5:30pm

To get started at CrossFit Abbellire, everyone must go through our free no sweat intro class. This will serve as an introductory class to our facility and our program. It also gives us a great opportunity to get to know you. Please submit a form below to schedule your free no sweat intro class.

Step 2 - Complete 5 On-Ramp Classes

This step is recommended for all those who are new to CrossFit. Our on-ramp program serves to prepare you to join regular group classes by building confidence in movement and general class proficiency while working directly with a coach in a 1 on 1 setting. You will be taught and exposed to fundamental movements that you will use on a regular basis within a regular group class basis.

On-ramp classes will be scheduled following your free no sweat intro class. Scheduling is flexible and discussed with the on-ramp coach.

Step 2B

For those who have a confident background in CrossFit already and can demonstrate proficiency in their movement, you will have the option to join right into the regular CrossFit group classes.
