"The OGmike"

Partners For Time:
200m Run
20 Clusters (95/65#)
20 Burpees
20 Clusters
20 Airsquats
20 Clusters
20 Sit-ups
200m Run

*Runs must be completed together
*One partner will begin first set of clusters, while other partner begins set of burpees. When both partners have completed their set, they must switch and complete the opposite movement. Repeat this pattern until both partners have completed all sets of 20 clusters, as well as all three movements.
