10 minutes for - Deadlift reps 10-10-10 - Three attempts (only) to establish 10RM deadlift
Death by *Mystery Movement*
The death by workout series follows the pattern of:
Minute 1 - 1 rep
Minute 2 - 2 reps
Minute 3 - 3 reps
And so on increasing by one rep for each minute that passes. The goal is to continue along in this pattern for as long as possible without falling off. If you fall off of the minute and can no longer complete the amount of reps, you will half the amount of reps you were to complete that round and begin at that number for the next minute and continue along with the workout.
The clock will run for 20 minutes total, regardless of falling off the minute or not.
