The Bear Complex

7 sets of the sequence:
Power Clean
Front Squat
Push Press
Back Squat
Push Press

5 rounds - Working up in weight each round (1 Round = 7 Sets of the bear complex in a row)

(You have 30min from the start of the workout to complete 5 rounds use your rest wisely. No set rest between rounds)

Between sets you may ONLY touch the bar to the ground. Hands must remain in contact and bar may not lay stationary on the floor.
