Nutrition Challenge Check-in

Today marks the end of the 6 week nutrition challenge, in which we tested our baseline levels of fitness with the very first open workout, 15.1a/b. Today we will be redoing this workout to see the progress and results achieved by cleaning up our diets for the past 6 weeks!



Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 9 minutes of:
15 toes-to-bars
10 deadlifts (115 / 75 lb.)
5 snatches (115 / 75 lb.)


1-rep-max clean and jerk
6-minute time cap
