Partners For Time:
100 Burpee wall up and overs
*While one partner works, the other must remain at the bottom of a front squat position with a heavy # dumbbell. If the partner with the dumbbell comes out of their squat, partners must rotate. Reps can be split up in any amount at partner's discretion.
