Complete 6 sets:

1 set =

1 Deadlift + 1 Hang Power Clean + 1 Power Clean + 1 Front Squat + 1 Hang Squat Clean + 1 Squat Clean + 1 Push Jerk + 1 Split Jerk

- Each set must be unbroken
- Score is highest weight achieved on unbroken set
- For athletes that have difficulty with the hang squat clean and squat clean, they may use the power variation for each movement followed by a front squat
