Even Minutes - 200m Run
Odd Minutes - 15 Push Ups

*If you fall off the minute before the end - becomes AMRAP
*If you fall off before completing 8 minutes - 50 burpee penalty
*Before completing 13 minutes - 40 burpee penalty
*Before completing 17 minutes - 30 burpee penalty
*No burpees for full completion - penalty burpees after workout is completed
