Saturday - 9/26 - Nutrition Challenge Seminar

Nutrition Challenge Seminar today following the 9am WOD

WOD

Three person teams to complete:
1 Round of rotating stations - 3 minute AMRAP at each station
Sled push
Tire flips
Ring rows
Wall balls
Rope pulls
Strict press with empty barbell
*Bonus stations to be added if there are more than 6 teams

*1 minute rotation period between each round to record score and set up for next station
*All team members may work/rest at their discretion
*Total team score is all total reps combined for a grand total
