10 Minute AMRAP
7 Thrusters (65/35#)
7 Burpees

*This workout will also be completed at the conclusion of our nutriton challenge as a way to gauge the improvements in health and fitness throughout. We will record all of the scores in the Benchmark WOD # colum on the white board. Throught the challenge we would like you guys to continue to fill in next to your name on the whiteboard based on that particular week. If you've stuck within the parameters, you can draw a smiley face. If you've had something on the NO list, you have to illustrate whatever food it was!
