-Run from back door around cone used for 200m run and then back into the front door (THIS IS NOT A 200m run - approximately 147m run)

*In the remaining time, complete AMRAP back squats with medium weight  

 

*Rest 2 minutes between rounds

*Scored by total back squats per round
