Pick a skill movement that you struggle with or want to improve on and complete x amount of reps. Choose an amount of reps that should take roughly 10 minutes to complete (including rest). Use the time to your advantage to work on something you've been struggling with and have direct/custom coaching for. For example you may struggle with stringing together multiple T2B - you may choose 40 T2B and complete them in sets of 3-4 unbroken.
