Warmup- 200 meter Run, Hamstring Stretch

15 Walking Lunges

15 Push-ups

15 High Knees (hanging from the Rig)

Deadlifts

*increasing in weight each round to find a 3 rep max deadlift

 

*Barbell Club every Sunday from 1pm-2:15pm
