Warm up- 200 m Run

*EMOM 3 Power Cleans (moving up in weight each time until you can only hit one rep at a time)

WOD

For Time:

10 Push-ups

20 Pistol Squats

40 Flutter Kicks

60 sec. H.S. Holds

80 Double Unders

400 m run

*ascend and then descend back down ending with 10 push-ups
