Warmup- Stretch and Movement Review

3 Player WOD

Single Round:

*5 Minutes at each station for max amount of Reps:

-Row (Cals)

-Push Press (75/55#)



-Tire Flip


*The weight for the Push Press and SDHP will be a light to medium weight.

Do not go heavy! Hold on to AMRAP.

*Score totaled by reps for each movement.




*Barbell Club every Sunday from 1pm-2:15pm
