10 V Sit-ups (Sincrinozed)

12 Muscle Ups (Progressions)

14 Burpee Box Jumps

*Deadlifts will be done heavy

*Muscle Ups and Burpee Box Jumps are split up between Partners




*Barbell Club every Sunday from 1pm-2:15pm
