Partner WOD

2 Rounds

 20 Burpee Leap Frogs

*Deadlifts- Complete as many reps as possible while your partner completes a 200m Run. When your partner returns you will then complete a 200m Run and they will hit as many reps as possible.

 20 Burpee Leap Frogs

*Kettlebell Snatches- Complete as many reps as possible while your partner completes a 200m Run. When your partner returns you will then complete a 200m Run and they will hit as many reps as possible.

 20 Burpee Leap Frogs

*Push Jerks- Complete as many reps as possible while your partner completes a 200m Run. When your partner returns you will then complete a 200m Run and they will hit as many reps as possible.

 20 Burpee Leap Frogs

*Kettlebell Swings- Complete as many reps as possible while your partner completes a 200m Run. When your partner returns you will then complete a 200m Run and they will hit as many reps as possible.

*Use the same weight for Deadlift and Push Jerk. Use the same weight for KB Snatches and Swings

*Score totaled on amount of time it took to complete and reps per movement
