1 minute of planks

1 minute of wall sits

1 minute of hang from rig

*repeat each body hold for a second round but instead of 1 minute static holds it will be 2 minutes



Wall balls (20/14#)

Deadlifts (225/155#)

* Complete a 400 meter run after each round
