Partner WOD

8 Pistol Squats

8 Ring Push-ups

8 Hollow Rocks

- One partner completes a 400 meter run while the other partner completes AMRAP of the 3 movements.

-       When your partner comes in from their 400 meter run you will then complete a 400 meter run and your partner will complete AMRAP of the 3 movements.

-Each partner will complete 3, 400 meter Runs

-You will be scored on total rounds + reps and also on time.

 

Barbell Club will be switching to Friday nights @ 6:15 pm beginning Friday July 8th

(We will no longer be having Barbell Club on Sundays)

Stay after the 5pm to work on those Strength Skills!

 

* Our 8 Week Strength Program is in its 3rd week. Monday’s will be Bench and Wednesday’s will be Back Squat until the end of this program. Coach Mike M. will be having us follow a set program to help build strength with 2 of our power movements.

 

* Filthy Fifty- 4th of July @ 9 am

 

* Abbellire Cookout @ Laura’s House- 1 pm (invites on Facebook)
