25 Minute AMRAP:

 

Partner 1 Rows 500 Meters or Runs 400 Meters

Partner 2 AMRAPS:

5 Push Ups

10 Box Jumps

10 KB Sumo Deadlifts (NO HIGH PULL)

 

*Partner 1 starts row/run, while Partner 2 starts their AMRAP

~Switch~

*Partner 1 picks up where Partner 2 stopped in AMRAP
