Strength- DB Bench & Heel Hooks

~5 sets of each movement

~6-8 reps for DB Bench

*5 Heel Hooks

 

WOD

"The Kyle" 

7 Minutes on the clock: 

~Ascending in reps

Start with 1 Deadlift, 1 HSPU

Then 2 Deadlifts, 2 HSPU

3 Deadlifts, 3 HSPU... 

Weight for Deadlift (315/225#)

* Continue in this pattern for each successful round until 7 minutes is up on to the clock
